Dion Growth Studio was founded by Amin Samadian, DDS — a practicing dentist and the founder of Dion Health, an integrated dental, medical, and cosmetic practice in San Francisco.

The studio started as the internal growth team behind Dion Health. We built our own playbooks across paid media, SEO, content, and brand to scale the practice — and the dashboards, attribution, and operating cadence to make sense of it all. Other clinicians started asking us to run the same playbook for their practices.

Today we operate as a small, senior team focused on a handful of healthcare brands at a time. Every engagement gets a dedicated growth strategist and our internal platform — the same one we run our own practice on. That's the difference: we are not resellers of someone else's stack, and we feel every dollar of ad spend the way you do.
